PPC-Leftwich LLC is a minority/woman-led firm with deep roots in Washington, DC. It continues the legacy of Willie Leftwich, the founder of what became a long-standing minority/woman-led firm in the nation's capital. PPC-Leftwich is a wholly owned subsidiary of Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP.

Although PPC-Leftwich LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, it is a separate entity, is not a law firm, and does not provide legal services. Consequently, PPC-Leftwich LLC is not subject to the rules of professional conduct applicable to lawyers and law firms, and their clients do not have the benefit of the protections of the attorney-client relationship.
